Refund & Return Policy
At Enid Sabel, every product is created with intention — and we want every customer to feel that care from the moment her order arrives. If something isn't right, we promise to make it right.
A Note About How Our Products Are Made
Every item at Enid Sabel is printed on-demand specifically for you through our trusted fulfillment partner. Because each piece is uniquely created at the time of your order, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or wrong size selection.
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering — we want you to love what you receive.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 14 days of delivery so we can fix it.
Email us at support@enidsabel.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
Once we receive your message, we'll respond within 24–48 hours. If we confirm a defect, damage, or error, we'll either:
- Send you a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
No need to ship anything back — we'll handle it on our end.
Sizing Issues
Because we print to order, we are not able to exchange items due to incorrect size selection. We've worked hard to provide detailed size charts on every product page — please use them carefully before ordering.
If you're unsure about sizing, email us at support@enidsabel.com before placing your order and we'll happily help you choose.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
Refund Processing
Once an approved refund is issued, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't seen it appear, please contact us at support@enidsabel.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to support@enidsabel.com with your order number and we'll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve it.
